Evolve Air & Wedge Welder

The Evolve Air & Wedge Welder is a versatile tool for wide format printers, designed to create hems and join banners efficiently. It features hot air and hot wedge technologies, capable of reaching up to 700ºC, to handle a variety of materials like PVC laminated and coated fabrics, and woven polypropylene. The machine includes precision control systems, a material puller, and a tape dispenser. It also has a built-in table, an easy-to-use multilingual touchscreen interface, and optional customisable accessories.

Touchscreen

This device is equipped with a 7” color touchscreen, designed for quick and easy adjustments in industrial settings. The robust, responsive screen ensures durability and efficiency in a wide format printing environment. Features include an intuitive user interface with simple navigation, real-time adjustments for speed, weld width, and material compatibility, along with support for multiple languages.

This touchscreen on the welder also allows you to store recipes for the key materials you use. No need to rely on you memory!

One key difference between the Evolve Welder and the Miller Weldmaster T300 is that the Nozzle position is fully controlled by the HMI, this means there are no time consuming manual adjustments to the nozzle position like there is with the Miller Weldmaster T300 welder.
