SensorCut

SensorCut Stencil
The SensorCut Stencil is used for creating inner sensor cut-outs with exact precision. Constructed from stainless steel, it provides a safe, consistent cutting guide. Offered in ten sizes from 14.0 mm to 18.5 mm, it guarantees full coverage and flawless alignment on every wrap.

Outside Gasket Instructions

1. Before starting the wrap, take a moment to identify the correct SensorCut size for the sensor’s outer gasket.

2. Wrap the bumper and use the corner of a squeegee to gently form the film around the outer edge of each sensor.

3. Position the SensorCut tool evenly around the sensor.

4. Apply light pressure and rotate the tool left and right one or two times to make a clean cut.

5. Using tweezers, carefully lift the cut-out film piece away from the bumper.

6. Finally, use a squeegee or tucking tool to press and seal the remaining film to the base or behind the gasket.

Inside Gasket Instructions

1. Place the SensorCut Stencil over the sensor to determine the correct size for the inner cut.

2. Lay the stencil flat on a cutting mat and bridge a scrap piece of wrap film over the cutout area.

3. Using a sharp blade, make a full 360° cut along the inner edge of the stencil.

4. Lift the cut film piece with tweezers or a tucking tool to prevent adhesive contamination.

5. Position the film neatly over the inner section of the sensor.

6. Gently heat the area to relax the film, then press it into place—either to the edge or slightly behind the gasket for a seamless finish.
