Meet the modular, no-weld way to build professional sign structures. Our key clamp (tube clamp) fittings lock onto round posts to create frames, barriers, banner bays and café rails in minutes. Tighten the grub screw, slot in your panel, and you’re open for business before the kettle boils.
Why sign shops love this system
Signage-ready: Works with ACM, aluminium sheet, acrylic, timber, flute sheets and tensioned banners.
Fast install: No welding. Just an Allen key and anchors.
Outdoor tough: Hot-dip galvanised fittings with closed-end caps keep water and grime out.
Modular: Reconfigure or extend later without torching anything.
Looks tidy: Clean industrial aesthetic that suits retail streets, campuses and warehouses.
Common components for sign frames
Tees, 90° elbows, 3-way corners, crosses, base flanges (feet), wall flanges, panel mounts with tongues, swivels for odd angles, joiners and end caps.
Sizing guide for posts
Choose fittings by outside diameter (OD) of your pipe.
33.7 mm, 42.4 mm, 48.3 mm, 60.3 mm are the most common in signage.
Your “60 mm” posts are typically 60.3 mm OD. Measure with callipers for a perfect match.
Install notes
Typical anchors: M10–M12 mechanical or chemset, substrate-dependent.
Add drain holes on the lowest rail to avoid pooling.
Mixing metals? Isolate stainless to galvanised with nylon washers and anti-seize.
Spacing rule-of-thumb: posts every 1.5–2.0 m for rigid panels in normal wind zones.
Eurotech advantages

Free AU delivery over $98 and thousands of SKUs in stock.
Local support that actually answers the phone.
ACM 3 mm is the industry workhorse. Also common: aluminium 2–3 mm, acrylic 3–6 mm, timber 6–12 mm, and PVC banner with eyelets when tensioned.
Yes. Fittings are hot-dip galvanised for durability. For coastal sites, consider stainless components or extra coatings and always isolate dissimilar metals.
M10–M12 anchors into sound concrete are typical. Substrate and loads vary, so follow your engineer’s or manufacturer’s anchor spec.
Use our panel-mount tongue brackets or stand-off clips for rigid sheets. For banners, use eye bolts, tensioners or carabiners to the top and bottom rails.
